Payment options.
There are three ways in which you can order your simplicity computer:
Internet connection may be required.
To make full use of the simplicity computer, you will need a broadband connection. If you do not have one already, make sure you order it as soon as you have placed your order for the simplicity computer, so that when your computer arrives, you will be ready to start using it immediately. Note that broadband installation can take up to 10 days.
To make choosing a broadband supplier easier for you, simplicity has set up a broadband service in partnership with Eclipse Internet - a national provider with a great reputation for after-sales support, and according to Which? one of the best broadband services in the UK.
They offer a number of options; the price partly depends on how much use you will make of the Internet.

Delivery.
Every simplicity computer is made to order. Delivery is normally two weeks from clearance of funds and will be direct to your address. When you open the box, you will find an easy-to-follow instruction leaflet to help you set up the computer.
Please note: it is a beginner's to advanced in one easy machine.
The simplicity computer is for people who have had no experience with computers, or have found PCs too difficult to use. The simplicity computer works at two levels: a simple system to allow first-time users easy access to the things they are most likely to use - e-mail, browsing the Web and storing photos. For people who master the basics of the simplicity Envelope®, there is an option to switch to "advanced mode". If you want to do more complicated things, in advanced mode, you can switch between the simplicity Envelope and full-powered software that is included free with the machine.
