When you receive your computer, the box will contain everything you need to start using your computer quickly.
The desktop comes with a computer and a separate screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers. The laptop and the two touchscreens have everything in-built.
Each of our computers comes with a Tutorials book to complement the video lessons.
What else will I need?
You need to provide a broadband connection and power sockets. After that, you could be sending your first email in no more than an hour.
What about support?
If you have problems setting up your computer just call us.
However, if you opt for our extra 1, 2 or 3 year support package, we'll give you assistance every step of the way, including:
- dealing with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- setting up your router
- setting everything up when your simplicity computer arrives
